I have used Distress Oxide to make the rainbow background and then i stamped a sentiment from the Mama elaphant stamp set Make a wish

I have used dies and stensils from Simon says stamp, Disterss inks, and the stamp set make a wish from Mama elaphant.

Shimmer, Pearl, and Flakes. I have stamped on black cardstock and embossed in white and colored the image with perfect pearls i have used stampset from Lawn Fawn
